Nine players have successfully qualified at Walton Heath for next month’s US Open at Pinehurst, with an exciting mix of experienced and up-and-coming golfers set to compete on the prestigious stage.

The list of qualifiers includes well-known names like Robert Rock, Tom McKibbin, Matteo Manassero, Edoardo Molinari, Richard Mansell, Brandon Robinson Thompson, Grant Forest, Sam Bairstow, and Jason Scrivener.

47-year-old Robert Rock stands out among the qualifiers, making a return to the US Open after 12 years. Despite retiring from professional golf, Rock impressed with a stellar performance, shooting nine under par over his 36 holes.

Young talent Tom McKibbin from Northern Ireland will be playing in his first major championship at just 21 years old. He will bring with him fond memories of Pinehurst, where he won the World Kids Championship as a 12-year-old back in 2015.
