New York Lawsuit Alleges P Diddy’s Abusive Relationship with Fashion Student

The music industry is shaken once again as Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs is facing another serious allegation. A lawsuit filed in New York this week claims that the musician’s alleged relationship with a fashion student turned into a nightmare scenario of abuse and coercion.

According to court documents obtained by The Mirror, the lawsuit describes “four terrifying sexual encounters” between Diddy and the plaintiff. One alleged incident involved Diddy’s late partner, Kim Porter, with whom he shares four children. The accuser claims that Diddy forced them and Porter to take ecstasy and demanded Porter to have sexual intercourse with the plaintiff.

Prior to these encounters, the plaintiff alleges that Diddy promised to mentor her in the music and fashion industry, using gifts and invitations to exclusive events to keep her attached. However, the lawsuit details disturbing incidents where the plaintiff claims Diddy drugged and raped her multiple times, including in a public setting while a parking attendant watched.

When the plaintiff tried to cut ties with Diddy, she claims he became threatening and forceful, leading her to fear for her safety. She felt that disobeying him would jeopardize her dreams of a career in his world, as he allegedly threatened to blacklist her in the industry.

The lawsuit accuses Diddy of Battery, Assault/Sexual Assault, Negligent Infliction Of Emotional Distress, and Violation of the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law. The plaintiff is seeking a money judgement for compensatory damages and severe emotional distress.
