Former Model Accuses Rapper P. Diddy of Sexual Assault and Drugging, Cites Cassie Ventura Story as Motivation to Speak Up
Rapper P. Diddy, also known as Sean Combs, is facing a serious accusation of sexual assault and drugging from a former model, according to court documents obtained by The Mirror. The model alleges that Diddy made promises to further her career but instead subjected her to a horrific ordeal.
The model claims to have met Diddy in 2003 after being introduced by a fashion designer who allegedly ensured Diddy found her attractive. During a dinner, the model alleges that Diddy made sexually suggestive advances towards her in a public manner. She further claims that Diddy took her to a studio where she was offered drugs and allegedly laced marijuana joint with a substance that caused her to lose consciousness.
Furthermore, the model accuses Diddy of forcing her to perform oral sex on him without her consent. She claims that following this encounter, her career opportunities in the modeling industry began to dwindle and eventually disappeared, leading to mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and drug addiction. The model also revealed that she attempted suicide around 2004, approximately a year after the incident.
The model, who remains unnamed for privacy reasons, cited news coverage of previous lawsuits against Diddy as a catalyst for coming forward with her allegations. She specifically mentioned Cassie Ventura’s case as a motivating factor. Cassie had previously filed a lawsuit against Diddy in 2023, accusing him of rape. Diddy settled the matter with Cassie outside of court under unknown terms. A video recently resurfaced showing Diddy physically assaulting Cassie in a hotel hallway, to which Diddy responded by expressing remorse and seeking professional help.
Despite the statute of limitations preventing the Los Angeles Police Department from opening an investigation into the incident at this time, they encourage anyone with similar allegations to come forward. The model filed her lawsuit under the New York City Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, seeking punitive, compensatory, and emotional damages from Diddy.
Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami were previously raided in connection to a human trafficking investigation, to which Diddy has denied any wrongdoing. The model’s lawyer declined to comment, and The Mirror reached out to Diddy for a statement on the matter. As more details emerge from this case, it continues to shed light on the importance of speaking out against sexual assault and holding individuals accountable for their actions.
