COLORADO PASSES BILL TO REGULATE AI DISCRIMINATION IN DECISION-MAKING

In a groundbreaking move, Colorado has become the first state to pass a bill aimed at regulating artificial intelligence programs that have been found to discriminate in hiring, housing, and medical decisions.
