Five talented musicians from the Calgary School of Rock have been chosen to be part of the organization’s prestigious annual AllStars Tour. These young Calgarians will join other top students from around the world on this unforgettable summer adventure.

The tour, set to kick off in late July, will take the students on six different tours across the United States, where they will showcase their musical talents in various regions. Among the selected musicians is 18-year-old singer Alex Balaton, who expressed his excitement and disbelief at the opportunity to perform alongside students from different parts of the U.S. and even Chile.

A total of seventy teen musicians have been selected for the 2024 AllStars Tour, with only a select few making the cut out of thousands of applicants from schools worldwide. Ryan Marchant from the School of Rock highlighted the hard work and dedication these students have put in to earn their spot on the tour, emphasizing the pride the school feels in their achievement.
