Marvel’s ‘The Fantastic Four’ Movie Cast and Details
Marvel fans are in for a treat as the superhero team, The Fantastic Four, is gearing up for another big screen adventure with a star-studded cast. In February 2024, it was announced that Pedro Pascal and Vanessa Kirby will be leading the charge as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic and Sue Storm/the Invisible Woman, respectively. Joining them are Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/the Human Torch and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/the Thing. But every hero needs a villain, and Marvel has cast Ralph Ineson as Galactus, the film’s main antagonist.
Set for a 2025 release, this marks the third iteration of the beloved comic book series on the big screen. Previously, Chris Evans, now known for his role as Captain America, starred as Johnny Storm in the early 2000s adaptations. The film’s plot details are being kept under wraps, but the 1960s-inspired poster hints at the characters’ iconic origins, suggesting a similar space flight incident that gave them their powers in the comics.
Directed by Matt Shakman, known for his work on Disney’s hit series WandaVision, The Fantastic Four will also feature Julia Garner as Shalla-Bal, an incarnation of the Silver Surfer, along with other cast additions like Paul Walter Hauser and Natasha Lyonne. With a release date set for July 25, 2025, fans can expect an epic Marvel adventure with this new iteration of The Fantastic Four set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
