“NCIS: Tony & Ziva Spinoff Announcement and Details”

Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo are reuniting to bring back their iconic characters, Tony DiNozzo and Ziva David, in a new spinoff titled “NCIS: Tony & Ziva.” The series, announced by Paramount+ in February 2024, will see Weatherly and de Pablo returning to their roles after leaving the original “NCIS” series.

On the new show, Tony and Ziva are raising their daughter, Tali, when Tony’s security company is attacked. The couple must navigate through Europe while figuring out who is targeting their family. De Pablo teased that the series will bring intrigue, romance, and the backdrop of Europe, promising a rollercoaster of love, danger, tears, and laughter.

In addition to Weatherly and de Pablo, the cast includes Isla Gie as Tali, Amita Suman as the chief technical officer, and other talented actors portraying various roles in the storyline. Filming is set to begin in Budapest, with Weatherly and de Pablo serving as executive producers as well as lead actors.

“NCIS: Tony & Ziva” is expected to have 10 episodes, giving fans a taste of the beloved characters’ new adventures. In anticipation of the series, Weatherly and de Pablo are cohosting a rewatch podcast, “Off Duty: An NCIS Rewatch,” featuring guest appearances from their former co-stars. As the production gears up for an exciting journey, fans can’t wait to see Tony and Ziva back in action on screen.
