The Disturbing Altercation Between Sean “Diddy” Combs and Cassie Ventura – Exclusive CNN Footage and Lawsuit Details

Breaking News: Surveillance Video Shows Sean “Diddy” Combs Allegedly Assaulting Cassie Ventura

A newly obtained 2016 surveillance video exclusively obtained by CNN shows disturbing footage of Sean “Diddy” Combs allegedly assaulting his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. The footage, compiled from multiple camera angles dated March 5, 2016, captures Combs grabbing, shoving, dragging, and kicking Ventura during an altercation at the now-closed InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles.

In the video, Combs, clad in a towel around his waist, is seen aggressively confronting Ventura as she exits a hotel room and walks to the elevators. The disturbing footage shows Combs throwing Ventura to the floor, kicking her twice, and dragging her by her sweatshirt before walking away. Ventura is later seen slowly standing up and collecting items from the floor.

Ventura, who reached an undisclosed settlement with Combs, declined to comment on the video. Her attorney, Douglas H. Wigdor, expressed shock at the footage, stating that it further confirms the disturbing and predatory behavior of Mr. Combs.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office issued a statement regarding the video, expressing concern over the images and urging victims or witnesses of similar crimes to come forward.

Combs and Ventura had an off-and-on relationship from 2007 to 2018. The incident detailed in Ventura’s complaint allegedly occurred around March 2016, where Combs was accused of physically assaulting her and subjecting her to years of abuse.

Since November, Combs has faced multiple civil lawsuits accusing him of sexual misconduct and other illegal activities. Authorities conducted searches at his homes in California and Florida as part of a federal investigation related to the allegations.

Combs’ attorney denies the accusations, calling them a “witch hunt” based on meritless civil lawsuits. Despite settling Ventura’s lawsuit, Combs maintains his innocence and vows to clear his name.

The severity of these allegations has sparked outrage and concern, highlighting the importance of addressing intimate partner violence. Resources are available for those struggling with such issues, including the National Domestic Violence Hotline.
