Powers Health Hospitals Named Best Regional Hospitals by U.S. News & World Report for 2024-25
Community Hospital in Munster, Indiana, along with St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart and St. Catherine Hospital in East Chicago, have all been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as Best Regional Hospitals for 2024-25. This prestigious ranking helps patients and their doctors make informed decisions about where to receive care for complex health conditions or elective procedures.
Community Hospital, ranking as the fourth best hospital in Indiana and the 18th Best Regional Hospital in the Chicago area, is one of only two Best Regional Hospitals in Northern Indiana. Powers Health CEO, Donald P. In addition to the Best Regional Hospital designation, all three hospitals under Powers Health received High Performing status in various areas of care, such as colon cancer surgery, COPD treatment, diabetes, heart attack, heart failure, kidney failure, and pneumonia.
