Launching of Bilateral Knowledge-Sharing Platform by India-US CEO Forum Working Group
The India-US CEO Forum’s working group has introduced a new bilateral knowledge-sharing platform aimed at promoting entrepreneurship, inclusive growth, and supporting small businesses. The platform was unveiled in collaboration with the United Services Institute and CyberPeace Foundation during a discussion on inclusive growth, trade empowerment, and opportunities for startups and MSMEs in the digital age.
In addition to the launch of the knowledge-sharing platform, the event also marked the beginning of Prakshepan, an innovation Hackathon, and Cybersecurity & AI Capacity Building workshops for MSMEs and startups. These workshops are designed to equip businesses with the necessary knowledge and tools to protect themselves from online threats and strengthen their security infrastructure.
Subi Chaturvedi, Chief Corporate Affairs & Public Policy Officer at InMobi, expressed her belief that the dialogue and knowledge-sharing platform would enhance the bilateral relationship between India and the US, promoting inclusive growth and empowering startups. She highlighted the significance of initiatives like the ‘Prakshepan’ hackathon in fostering a resilient, innovative, and inclusive economy.
Mahaveer Singhvi, Joint Secretary at the Ministry of External Affairs, emphasized the importance of initiatives like these in strengthening the relationship between the two nations, particularly in the areas of trade, innovation, and emerging technologies. He underscored the vital role that startups and new technologies play in shaping the future of trade and collaboration between India and the US.
