The Hollywood power couple, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, have stirred up the rumor mill by publicly listing their shared Beverly Hills mansion for sale. The move comes amidst swirling gossip about the state of their marriage, hinting at a potentially swift sale of the lavish property.

CNN reported on Tuesday that the duo is putting their colossal 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom California mansion on the market, a property that has undergone extensive renovations over the last four months. The real estate listing highlights the home as being “recently renovated with the highest level of quality.”

Described as “Nestled in one of Beverly Hills’s most exclusive and secure enclaves…the magnificent Crestview Manor,” the luxurious property boasts a 38,000-square-foot residence with a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, caretaker house, two-bedroom guardhouse, 12-car garage, and parking for up to 80 vehicles.

The couple, affectionately known as “Bennifer” by fans, first sparked romance rumors in the early 2000s and even got engaged in November 2002 before ultimately parting ways before exchanging vows. Both stars went on to marry and start families with others before rekindling their romance in 2021 and tying the knot in a Las Vegas ceremony in 2022.

However, trouble in paradise seems to have crept in, with reports surfacing in May 2024 around the same time Lopez was gearing up for a concert tour. The 30-date tour, named This is Me, reportedly strained their relationship and has since been canceled, prompting a heartfelt statement from Lopez expressing her devastation over the decision.

Speculation about their marriage troubles has been further fueled by reports suggesting that Affleck never felt comfortable in their family home, leading to their decision to sell. US Weekly disclosed that the couple is currently living separately, with no final decision made regarding their relationship status.

Despite purchasing the mansion for $60 million in June 2023, the property was listed for a staggering $68 million on Thursday, July 11, 2024. With the high-profile couple keen on a quick sale, all eyes are now on the future of their relationship and the fate of their exquisite Beverly Hills estate.
