Champion introduces ‘Champion Sports Bar at Selfridges London’ – A Unique Sporting Experience

Champion, the iconic athletic and lifestyle brand, is making waves with the launch of the ‘Champion Sports Bar at Harry Gordon’s’ in Selfridges London. The sports bar is part of Selfridges’ summer celebration of sport, Sportopia, and promises customers a unique and immersive experience.

Transforming Harry Gordon’s Bar & Kitchen into a US sports bar-themed space, Champion is showcasing exclusive vintage pieces from its New York Archives, dating back to the 1940s and 1950s. This will offer fans a glimpse into iconic sporting moments and Champion’s rich heritage in sportswear innovation.

With a history spanning over a century, Champion has been a pioneer in sportswear, introducing iconic pieces like the hoodie, sports bra, and ‘reverse weave’ technology. The brand has a deep-rooted connection to American sports, having outfitted legendary teams and leagues over the years.

Customers visiting the sports bar can enjoy live streaming of major sporting events while indulging in classic US sports bar cuisine. The menu includes delicious items like ‘The Champion Hot Dog,’ ‘TouchDown Wings,’ ‘Three Pointer Shrimp Taco,’ and the indulgent ‘Oreo Boozy Milkshake.’

In addition to the temporary sports bar, Champion has also opened a permanent concession at Selfridges London, offering shoppers the chance to explore their collections before heading down for a meal and drinks at the sports bar.
