One Piece Day 2024: A Two-Day Celebration of the Beloved Series Set to Wow Fans

Fans of the popular anime and manga series, One Piece, have a lot to look forward to as the Japan Anniversary Association officially recognizes One Piece Day. The designated day for this celebration is July 22, but the festivities are set to take place on August 9 and August 10, 2024.

This year’s celebration holds special significance as One Piece marks a remarkable milestone of 25 successful years. The Silver Jubilee celebration will feature a lineup of exciting panels, live performances, concerts, and more. The grand event will be held at the Exhibition Area Open Stage and will be live-streamed on YouTube for fans worldwide.

According to Crunchyroll, Bandai Namco, in collaboration with Shueisha and Toei Animation, is organizing the third annual One Piece fest. The two-day celebration promises a wide array of events to honor the legacy of the series. While some performances and activities will be open to all, special events like the One Piece Day Special Live concerts will require tickets.

Fans can expect thrilling performances by Maki Otsuki, Hiroshi Kitadani, and the Japanese voice cast of beloved characters like the Straw Hats and Dr. Vegapunk and his satellites. Live concerts by artists such as Ado, GRe4N BOYZ, Mori Calliope, and BE:FIRST will also be part of the festivities, with tickets available on Stagecrowd.

For those unable to attend in person, the celebrations will be live-streamed on One Piece’s official YouTube Channel. Overseas fans can tune in at 07:00 pm and 06:00 pm Pacific Daylight Time on both days. The cost of a one-day pass for each day is priced at $24, with two-day passes available at $42.

The schedule for Day 1 (August 9) will include performances from GRe4N BOYZ, Mori Calliope, Maki Otsuki, and Hiroshi Kitadani. Highlights of the day will include live performances, a Best Scenes Poll, a World Figure Colosseum, and more.

Day 2 (August 10) will feature performances by Ado, BE:FIRST, Maki Otsuki, and Hiroshi Kitadani. The schedule for the day includes behind-the-scenes insights, special stages, card game battles, and more exciting events to cap off the celebration.
