Will Shah Rukh Khan be undergoing a critical eye surgery in the US? Find out more.

Update on Shah Rukh Khan’s Urgent Eye Surgery Plans: Details Revealed Before US Trip

The latest update on Shah Rukh Khan’s planned eye surgery has taken a surprising turn. Initially, it was reported that the superstar would be heading to the US for urgent eye surgery after a failed attempt in Mumbai. However, a new report has emerged, revealing that Shah Rukh Khan underwent eye surgery before Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding.

According to the latest reports, Shah Rukh Khan had a cataract problem in his eyes and received treatment for one eye in Mumbai and the other in the United States. Despite the surgery, the actor faced some issues with his eyes, but he still managed to attend the pre-wedding celebration in Europe.

Contrary to earlier reports, Shah Rukh Khan did not travel to the US for his eye surgery on July 30. Instead, he is set to head to Switzerland on August 8, although the reason for his visit is still unknown.

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan had a successful run with three back-to-back hits last year. Although he has no releases lined up for 2024, the superstar has signed up for a new movie alongside his daughter Suhana Khan. SRK will star in Sujoy Ghosh’s action thriller, “The King,” in which he will portray a don. The movie also features Abhishek Bachchan as the villain.

Fans can also anticipate Shah Rukh Khan’s return as a spy in YRF’s “Pathaan 2,” a sequel to the blockbuster movie released in 2024. Additionally, SRK will also share the screen with Salman Khan in YRF’s “Tiger Vs Pathaan,” part of their spy universe alongside Hrithik Roshan’s “War” and Alia Bhatt’s “Alpha.”
