Susan Young Gaudiello Receives 2024 Cornerstone Award

Susan Young Gaudiello, a resident of Barrington, New Hampshire, has been honored with the prestigious 2024 Cornerstone Award by Cornerstone VNA for her outstanding commitment to advancing the organization’s mission. She served as the Executive Director of the Home Care Association of NH for nearly two decades, working tirelessly to ensure that all residents have access to quality care in their homes. After retiring from her position, Gaudiello continued her community service by joining the Cornerstone VNA Board of Directors in 2011.
