Susan Young Gaudiello Receives 2024 Cornerstone Award

Susan Young Gaudiello, a resident of Barrington, New Hampshire, has been honored with the prestigious 2024 Cornerstone Award by Cornerstone VNA for her outstanding commitment to advancing the organization’s mission. The award was presented to Gaudiello during a special event on June 26, where donors and friends gathered to celebrate her achievements.

Throughout her career, Gaudiello has been a dedicated advocate for home healthcare in New Hampshire. She served as the Executive Director of the Home Care Association of NH for nearly two decades, working tirelessly to ensure that all residents have access to quality care in their homes. After retiring from her position, Gaudiello continued her community service by joining the Cornerstone VNA Board of Directors in 2011.

Julie Reynolds, RN, MS, President/CEO of Cornerstone VNA, praised Gaudiello for her leadership, motivation, and vision that have inspired others and propelled the organization into action. Gaudiello’s business background and passion for home healthcare have been instrumental in the board’s success and sustainability, and she has served as a mentor to many other board members.
