Red Roses Pre-Season Camp 1 Squad Announcement
The Red Roses are gearing up for an action-packed summer as they prepare to face off against some of the best teams in the world. Head Coach John Mitchell’s squad will spend five weeks together in a pre-season camp to fine-tune their game before taking on Six Nations runners-up France and World Champions New Zealand in September.
After their intense training camp, the Red Roses will head out to Canada for WXV 1 where they will face the hosts, USA, and the Black Ferns once again. Mitchell emphasized the importance of this camp, stating that it allows the team to reset and define what they stand for as Red Roses moving forward.
With a roster stacked with talent, including seasoned veterans like Sarah McKenna and Emily Scarratt, as well as promising newcomers such as Zoe Harrison and Nancy McGillivray, the Red Roses are poised to dial up their game and continue to evolve as a dominant force in women’s rugby.
Fans can expect an exciting summer of rugby as the Red Roses embark on this challenging journey to test their skills against some of the top teams in the world. Stay tuned for updates on how the Red Roses fare in their upcoming matches and how they continue to grow and improve as a team.
