Lowe’s has announced a $1.325 billion acquisition of Artisan Design Group (ADG), a Dallas-based company specializing in flooring, cabinets, and countertops, which recorded $1.8 billion in revenue in 2024. The deal, expected to close in Q2 2025, aims to enhance Lowe’s Pro business within the $50 billion interior finishes market. Lowe’s CEO Marvin R. Ellison highlighted that the acquisition will expand Lowe’s market reach and strengthen its offerings for builders and property managers.
