New Zealand set Pakistan a goal of 262 runs to win, both national team openers returned to the pavilion for only 9 runs in total, Fakhar Zaman Safar and Imamul Haq conceded goals scoring 6 runs, the third defeat came in the form of Muhammad Rizwan who scored 28 runs.
