The Punjab Planning and Development Council approved a total of Rs 31 billion 85 crore 11 lakh 72 thousand rupees for 2 programs for the development of the school education and irrigation sectors at the 30th meeting of the Provincial Development Working Group for the fiscal year 2022-23. The Chairman of the Planning and Development Council Abdullah Khan Sambal chaired the meeting.
Achievement of results in programs approved by the Development Council at the meeting of the Provincial Working Group: Rs 31 billion 35 crore for access and provision of quality education services (Amendment) and the BRBD Link Canal in Batapur. 50 crore 11 lakh 72 thousand rupees for construction of residential colony and improvement of facilities at Canal Colony Thokar Niaz Beg.
The meeting was attended by the Provincial Secretary of the P&D Board, Dr. Muhammad Anwar Sohail Chaudhry, together with senior officials from provincial departments and members of the Punjab Planning and Development Council.
