What is ‘Special Barfi’?

Khoya known as special barfi is made by mixing milk and vegetable oil. After obtaining this khova from city sweets, sweet is made by adding extract. Currently milk is 70 to 80 taka per liter. It takes about seven liters of milk to make one kg of khova.

One hundred to two hundred rupees per kg of khoar in Gujarat

The price of real raw food is 400 to 600 rupees per kg. However, Khova of Gujarat is available at the rate of 100 to 200 rupees per kg.
