Ranes rushed to Delhi to save the bungalow, filed a petition in the Supreme Court ThePipaNews

Mumbai, September 22: The Bombay High Court slapped Union Minister and BJP leader Narayan Rane in the Adish bungalow construction case and dismissed the bungalow petition. So now the Mumbai Municipal Corporation has got permission to do the bungalow demolition work. But this time Narayan Rane approached the Supreme Court. Narayan Rana owns a bungalow named Adheesh in Juhu, Mumbai. Many complaints of unauthorized construction have been lodged against this bungalow. The Mumbai Municipal Corporation had issued a notice to Narayan Rana’s bungalow. Narayan Rane appealed to the High Court against this notice. The High Court disposed of Rana’s plea. This time the court gave a final decision and pushed Rane. His plea to regularize the construction of Adhish Bungalow was rejected. Narayan Rane built the sea embankment three times. His lawyers sought a stay of proceedings, but he refused. They have been fined Tk 10 lakh. Hence the Municipal Corporation is allowed to demolish illegal constructions. Narayan Rane filed a petition in the Supreme Court after this order of the High Court. Rane has appealed to the Supreme Court against the High Court verdict. So let’s see if the Supreme Court gives relief to Rane.
What is the matter?Narayan Rana owns a bungalow named Adheesh in Juhu, Mumbai. There were allegations of unauthorized construction of this bungalow. It is alleged that the construction of this bungalow on Tara Road is in violation of CRZ rules. On February 18, a team from the Building Proposals Department of K West Division of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation visited Narayan Rana’s Adish bungalow and issued a notice. RTI activist Santosh Daundkar filed a complaint in this regard. Right to information activist Santosh Daundkar had already complained to the Mumbai Municipal Corporation that unauthorized construction had taken place at Narayan Rana’s bungalow. However, Santosh Daundkar alleged that no action was taken after his complaint. After that the Mumbai Municipality issued a notice to visit Narayan Rana’s bungalow. The BMC has sent a notice to Union Minister Narayan Rane under Section 488 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888. Santosh Daundkar has alleged that unauthorized construction has taken place at Narayan Rana’s Adheesh Bungalow in Juhu. He also alleged that the bungalow was constructed in violation of Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) Coastal Regulation Zone rules. This bungalow was built within 50 meters of the sea in violation of CRZ norms.
