In 2024, the Black community has mourned the loss of several notable figures who have made significant contributions to various fields. From entertainment to civil rights, these individuals have left a lasting impact on society and will be dearly missed.

One of the most prominent figures we lost this year was civil rights icon and former Congressman John Lewis.
