Family of Halyna Hutchins vows to hold Alec Baldwin accountable for on-set death

Powerhouse attorney Gloria Allred, representing Hutchins’ family, expressed their disappointment in the judge’s decision to drop the charges against Baldwin. She emphasized that the dismissal does not absolve Baldwin of responsibility for Hutchins’ death, as he was the one who fired a loaded gun while pointing it at a human being.

During the court proceedings, it was revealed that crucial ammunition evidence had been withheld from the defense, leading to the judge’s ruling in favor of dismissing the charges.
