Meet Brock’s International Student Ambassadors: Representing Diversity and Excellence at Brock University
Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario is proud to introduce its team of International Student Ambassadors, a group of dedicated students from around the world who are eager to help new international students feel welcome and supported as they navigate their academic journey at the university.
These ambassadors, who come from countries such as China, India, Nigeria, and Brazil, serve as mentors and resources for incoming international students, offering guidance on everything from academic programs to campus life. They are also involved in organizing events and activities that promote cultural exchange and foster a sense of community among students from different backgrounds.
One such ambassador is Maria Santos from Brazil, who is studying Business Administration at Brock. She says, “Being an International Student Ambassador has been a rewarding experience for me. I have had the opportunity to connect with students from all over the world and help them adjust to life at Brock. It’s been a great way to give back to the university community and make a positive impact on the lives of my fellow students.”
The International Student Ambassadors program is just one of the many ways in which Brock University is committed to supporting its diverse student body and creating a welcoming and inclusive campus environment. The university encourages all students to take advantage of the resources and support available to them, and to reach out to the International Student Ambassadors for assistance and guidance.
As Brock continues to attract students from around the globe, the International Student Ambassadors play a vital role in ensuring that all students feel valued and supported during their time at the university. Their dedication and passion for helping others make them true ambassadors for Brock’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
