Celebrating the Victorious Return of Team India: Air India Flight ‘AIC24WC’ Becomes Most-Tracked Flight on Flightradar24

The Air India special chartered flight ‘AIC24WC’ carrying the victorious Indian cricket team has caught the attention of people around the world as it makes its way back home from Barbados. The flight has become one of the most-tracked flights on the popular flight tracking portal Flightradar24, with over 9,500 users following its journey in real-time.

The flight, which represents India’s T20 World Cup triumph with its call sign ‘AIC’ for ‘Air India Chartered flight’ and ’24WC’ for the ‘T20 World Cup 2024’ victory, is scheduled to land in New Delhi early on July 4 morning. The Indian team’s arrival was delayed due to Hurricane Beryl, but they are now on their way back and are set to receive a grand welcome upon their return.

Upon landing in Delhi, the team is expected to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence before heading to Mumbai for a special ceremony. A two-hour long open bus parade has been planned in Mumbai, starting from the National Centre for Performing Arts and ending at the iconic Wankhede Stadium, where a felicitation event will take place to honor the players and squad members.

Team captain Rohit Sharma has invited fans to join in the celebrations, with a victory parade scheduled at Marine Drive and Wankhede on July 4th. BCCI secretary Jay Shah has also extended a warm welcome to all fans to join the festivities and celebrate Team India’s World Cup win.

The excitement and anticipation surrounding the Indian cricket team’s homecoming and victory celebrations are palpable, as fans eagerly await the arrival of their heroes and the chance to celebrate their historic triumph.
